-Why do we need to use your personal data?
The main reason we need your personal data is to confirm reservations at our agriturismo.
-Is the provision of data mandatory?
The provision of data is free and done on your own initiative, but the refusal to provide such data may not make it possible to carry out the requested services. -The name and surname, the date of birth, the phone number, e-mail and country of origin requested by us during the booking process.
- Any personal information that the user chooses to disclose through us or by sending a message via e-mail.
-The user's IP address, as well as information on his browser, type of operating system, type of device (portable or mobile) used for payments for reservations.
-How long do we keep your personal data?
We keep the user's personal data for the time strictly necessary for the fulfillment of the specific purpose for which they were acquired at most for the duration established by law for the conservation of commercial correspondence (10 years).

We take all appropriate legal, technical and organizational measures in order to protect your personal data from accidental or intentional manipulation, as well as from loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons.
